On 10 September 2025 at 17:30, a public meeting will be held at the Proteadorp Community Hall to discuss the proposed Overhills Low-Cost Housing Development on Erf 5453 & RE/5462 in Kleinmond.

This meeting forms part of the public participation process required by environmental and planning legislation. It offers all Interested and Affected Parties the opportunity to:

• Receive detailed information about the project,
• Understand its objectives and potential environmental and social impacts,
• Engage with the project team and specialists,
• Ask questions, raise concerns, and provide input.

During the meeting, the project team will present the scope of the proposed development and share findings of the relevant specialist studies conducted so far.

Your involvement is important to ensure that the process is inclusive and transparent, and that all views are considered prior to final decision-making.
