To plan, provide, manage, operate and maintain infrastructure services provisioning in order to ensure the rendering of sustainable and affordable services to the community.

This directorate consists of the following departments:

• Civil Engineering Planning, which is responsible to manage, coordinate and provide civil infrastructure planning services.
  
  
• Civil Engineering Services, which manages the maintenance and provisioning of civil engineering services to ensure the rendering of effective, efficient, sustainable and affordable civil engineering services to the community.
  
  
• Electrical Services, which is responsible to manage the provisioning and maintenance of electrical services and mechanical workshop.
  
  
• Project Management, which is responsible to co-ordinate the provisioning of project management services for the full life cycle of projects.
