The deadline to submit event applications for the remainder of the 2025 calendar year (until 31 December) is Monday, 3 November 2025.

With the holiday season fast approaching and numerous events expected across the region, event organisers are strongly encouraged to submit their applications as early as possible.

Submitting an application does not guarantee approval. All applications are subject to review and must comply with the necessary safety and regulatory requirements.

Depending on the nature and size of your event, additional supporting documents may be required alongside the completed application form.
