Overstrand Municipality wants to make it easier for businesses to work with us. We are running a short online survey to find out what challenges you face and how we can support our suppliers and service providers better.
Our goal is to understand the difficulties you experience when working with the Municipality, and to hear your suggestions on how we can improve our procurement and communication processes.
Whether you provide general goods, professional consulting services, construction work, or specialised services, your feedback is important. We would like to hear your thoughts on things like paperwork and database registration, communication with officials and how easy it is to find out about new quotes and tenders.
The survey also includes a section where suppliers can suggest topics they would like covered during the upcoming SCM Supplier Open Day. Let us know what training or information you need, whether it is help with Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration, understanding municipal procurement processes, handling tax and BEE compliance, or getting paid on time.
Your feedback will help us improve the way we work with businesses and service providers.
