Residents are invited to attend Public Ward Committee Meetings as part of the IDP/Budget Roadshow, taking place across all 14 wards in the Overstrand. All meetings will start at 18:00.
This is a revised schedule aimed at encouraging greater public participation in these meetings. The changes to dates and venues apply to Wards 1, 4 and 8. The updated schedule is as follows:
- On 13 April 2026, meetings will be held for Wards 5, 6 and 12 at Zwelihle Community Hall.
- On 14 April 2026, Wards 9 and 10 will meet at Kleinmond Town Hall.
- On 15 April 2026, Wards 3, 7 and 13 will be held at the Auditorium in Hermanus.
- On 16 April 2026, Wards 11 and 14 will meet at the Tourism Hall in Gansbaai.
- On 20 April 2026, Ward 2 will be held at the Community Hall in Masakhane.
- On 21 April 2026, Ward 8 will meet at the Thusong Centre in Hawston.
- On 22 April 2026, Ward 1 will be held at Stanford Community Hall.
- On 23 April 2026, Ward 4 will meet at Moffat Hall in Mount Pleasant.
