Overstrand Municipality opens Customer Satisfaction Survey 2026
From 20 March to 3 April 2026, Overstrand Municipality is conducting its Customer Satisfaction Survey. This long-overdue survey gives residents the chance to provide feedback that will help the Municipality understand how it is performing.
The survey covers topics such as response times for pipe breaks, the handling of municipal account matters, household waste collection, the cleanliness of streets and CBDs, water quality and possible reasons for any dissatisfaction.
The survey takes just a few minutes to complete, but the input received will make a real difference in improving service delivery.
Residents can participate by visiting the municipal website at www.overstrand.gov.za > Media > Survey. An SMS with the survey link (https://maxi.net.za/zCD33) will also be sent to residents registered on the Municipality’s SMS database, and Ward Councillors will share the link and QR code in their community WhatsApp groups to make participation easy.
