My main function is to provide business analysis services to all directorates of Overstrand and furthermore provide administrative management support to the ICT team of Overstrand which includes overseeing the help desk where all inquiries regarding ICT can be logged. Business analysis includes defining needs and recommending solutions (whether it is business systems or process enhancements) that deliver value to the stakeholders.
The administrative support team supports the ICT team with all procurement and day to day operations and also provide help desk services where all ICT related inquiries are logged and then followed through on until finalised.
