2027 WARD COMMITTEE ELECTIONS

Expressions of Interest for the 2027 Ward Committee Elections are now open and will close on 12 October 2026.

Organisations, sectors and geographical blocks interested in serving on Ward Committees are encouraged to submit their Expressions of Interest and supporting documentation before the closing date.

The Municipality’s Community Liaison Team is available to assist with any questions, explain the requirements and help applicants ensure that their supporting documentation is in order before submission.

Organisations and sectors must:
* Have been operational within the particular ward for at least six months; and
* Have a valid constitution
