The Overstrand Municipality wishes to inform residents that the 1st Supplementary Valuation Roll for the 2025/2026 financial year is now open for public inspection.

Residents are encouraged to visit the municipal website at www.overstrand.gov.za > Documents > Property Valuations to view the valuation roll and check whether their property details are correctly reflected.

Property owners and interested persons who wish to object to any entry on the supplementary valuation roll may submit objections within the inspection period. Objections must relate to specific properties and not the valuation roll as a whole.

Objection forms are available at municipal offices in Hermanus, Kleinmond, Stanford and Gansbaai, or can be downloaded from the municipal website www.overstrand.gov.za > Documents > Property Valuations.

Completed forms must be submitted by 31 May 2026 to the Municipal Manager at the relevant municipal offices or via email at enquiries@overstrand.gov.za.
