Responsible for project management – procuring; services of services providers, contract administration of capital project, management of municipal conditional grants (ex MIG ), approval of civil services of infrastructure services and liaise with consultants & contractors.
Development Control: Compiling of services reports for town planning applications, compilation of services agreements, approval of civil services for developments, liaise with developers and management consultants
